Launceston Place

With its low-rise Listed stuccoed villas, built in the 1850’s, Launceston Place is one of Kensington’s prime residential streets.

This was the first major work done on this house for over fifty years and involved a complete high-spec refurbishment and extensions at lower ground and first floor. On the front elevation the original lead and timber canopy had all but disappeared , and was now reinstated as it would have been. Internally all areas were comprehensively updated with new fittings and services throughout.
