KENSINGTON, LONDON, W8

This Listed 1850’s house in one of Kensington most unaltered streets was completely renovated to the highest standard both internally and externally. The work included a new conservatory backing on to the re-landscaped rear garden and a new library also with direct garden access. While maintaining the original detailing and plan form, the latest hi –tech services were carefully incorporated within the fabric. Particular internal features of note are the new cantilever stone stair to the lower ground floor and the etched glass entrance to the new wine cellar.
