Stanley Crescent

This magnificent five storey Grade II Listed house was designed by the eminent local architect Thomas Allom in the 1850’s. When our client purchased the property it was very tired and we undertook a complete refurbishment to the highest standard, including new services and finishes throughout.

Planning permission was obtained for a new storey adjacent to the existing storey used as a media room. The existing lift and shaft were removed. The existing render and paintwork were completely restored. This grade II terraced house had been greatly altered over the years, with the loss of many of the original external features and unsympathetic internal changes. Working closely with the Conservation Officer at Royal Borough of Kensington the house was restored.
